We know that Khalma is a community of people who are very busy and you may have an unexpected event. That is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please notify us at info@khalma.com as soon as possible to talk to the organizers.

If you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the experience, you will be refunded the full booking fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the experience, you will be refunded 50% of the booking fee.

If you cancel later than 24 hours prior to the experience, we are sorry but you will not receive any refund.

This cancellation policy applies to all of the experiences published on Khalma, except those that are subject to certain conditions. You can ask us for more information about them.
