What do I have to do to become a Khalma user?

The first thing you have to do is register for free on Khalma.com.

Once you are registered, you will be part of the Khalma community: just select the experience that is most suitable for you, book it and enjoy!

Share the experiences with your family and friends through your favorite social networks, the more the merrier!

Once the experience has ended, please leave a comment about your experience in the comment section. We would appreciate if you could also leave feedback for the host and professional in the comment section of their profiles. This will be helpful for other users to become familiar with our community.

Who can see my profile?

Do not worry, your profile is not public. Only your name and email will be sent to the professional and host when you request to join an experience.

However, your personal information is necessary so that Khalma can contact you.

What can I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, do not worry.

Click on "Log In", and, after entering an incorrect password, you will see a link for: Have you forgotten your password? Click on that link.

Enter your email address and we will send you an email with a link. Click on it, or copy and paste it into your browser; it will take you to your profile, where you can set a new password.

Set your new password, and save it by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

What do I have to do to join an experience?

To join an experience, follow these steps:

1. Choose the experience you like the best that suits your schedule:
○ Upper menu, click on: "Experiences"
○ At the home page (click on the Khalma logo in the upper left hand corner).

2. Booking:
○ Select the date that is suitable and the number of bookings you wish to purchase.
○ Make a booking with your credit card.

3. Share the experience with your all your friends and family via the "Share it with all your friends!" link on the experience page.

How to find the experience I like?

There are two ways of browsing through the available activities:

· Click on "Experiences" at the top page:

If you click on "Experiences", you will see the list of experiences. You can filter them by activity type, location, price, best rated, etc., so you can easily find what are you looking for.

· On the home page:

There are several ways you can find the experience you are looking for on the home page:

1)  Discover by category (INDOOR, ONLINE, OUTDOOR, PREMIUM)

You can choose what kind of experience you like most!

2) By trends

You can find a list of the most current trends. You may find an exciting experience there, and you can click on the trends, and related experiences will appear. Afterward, open the activity and book it.

What do I have to do to book an experience?

It is fairly simple!

1. Open the experience you like the most, choose your date and time date and click "SEE DATES". Add as many experiences as you want to the cart.

2. After adding the experience(s) to the cart, open it (in the upper right hand corner) to complete your booking. Then, select the number of people which will attend each activity you have chosen. Depending on the number of bookings or experiences you make, you may get a special discount. You will see that any discounts will be applied automatically.

Once you have done that, purchase your experience with our secure online payment facility clicking on "PAY NOW".

Once the transaction has been completed, a confirmation page will be shown.

Remember! To make sure that the booking has been successful do not close the tab before the confirmation page appears.

You must print the payment confirmation page as proof of purchase.

We will send you an email with the receipt. If you need an invoice, please request this by sending an email to [email protected].

Important: when attending your experience, you must bring the proof of purchase with you and show it to the organizer.

Can I share my experience with my friends for them to come with me?

On Khalma.com, sharing on social media is pretty easy. You can click on the button "Share it with all your friends" that is located below the title of the experience.

We want you to share health and wellness. If you share it with all your friends and family, you enable them to enjoy a more positive and healthy lifestyle while connecting to more like-minded people on the journey to happiness.

We reward our "Khalmer of the month" for helping other people to feel better and healthier by participating in our experiences.

To take part and become "Khalmer of the month" all you have to do is share your experience and be an active user on Khalma.com and you could be selected.

When does the registration period of an experience end?

1) If there are no registered users: it will depend on the maximum capacity. If it is not full, the registration will be opened until 4 hours prior to the start hour.

2) If there is some registered users: the deadline for new users to be registered will be opened until the experience starts or until the maximum capacity is reached.

Thus the users will have time to register at the last minute, but also everyone will know if the experience will take place or not.

If you want to sign up and there are less than 4 hours until the experience stars, you must contact the organizers to ask them if there is any chance for you to sign up. There are contact buttons for you to talk to the Host and the Professional.

I have some queries regarding the experience. Who can I speak to?

If it is about something related to the experience itself, please contact the organizers of the experience (host and professional). Click the relevant contact button below the picture of each one, on the experience page to speak to either the host or professional.

What happens if I decide not to attend the experience that I have registered for? Will I be refunded the booking fee?

We know that Khalma is a community of people who are very busy and you may have an unexpected event. That is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. Please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible to talk to the organizers.

If you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the experience, you will be refunded the full booking fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the experience, you will be refunded 50% of the booking fee.

If you cancel later than 24 hours prior to the experience, we are sorry but you will not receive any refund.

This cancellation policy applies to all of the experiences published on Khalma, except those that are subject to certain conditions. You can ask us for more information about them.

What do I have to do if I have any queries regarding health and wellness (food, diets, physical or emotional problems, anxiety, stress...)?

In Khalma we are happy to help you with information about health and wellness, as long as it is not regarding a medical issue, as we do not provide medical services.

If you have any questions about personal counselling, food, physical activities, health care, beauty, etc., there will be a section in which we will answer all our Khalmers through a monthly publication on our blog called: "The Expert answers". We will try to answer all your queries with the collaboration of our registered professionals (we will only publish your name; other data will not be public).

Is it important to rate my experience on Khalma?

The Khalma community uses ratings to verify our hosts, professionals and experiences to maintain a reputable community and create a positive atmosphere for all.

Rating once you have been to an experience benefits everyone and just takes a minute!

Thus, we reward our "Khalmer of the month" for helping other people to feel better and healthier by participating in rating the experience, venue and professional.

Once you have finished your experience, please go to the experience's page and leave a comment. It would be very easy and helpful, for example to say:

Can I bring friends to the experience? How can I invite them?

Of course, yes! You may even get some prizes and rewards for it! You can check our Khalmer Venture program and our referrals promotions available.

You must take into consideration that you can purchase a maximum of three experiences per user. If more than three are required then the best option is for your friends to register with us so that they can purchase the experience themselves and enjoy all the benefits of Khalma too.
